Recruitment will be conducted in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and gender equality, as well as non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities. The principles of sustainable development will also be applied during the recruitment process. Recruitment will take place from June to October 2024 for five rounds of support, each accommodating 10 individuals who meet the formal criteria and have the highest number of points (in case of a tie in points, the order of applications will be decisive).
Additionally, for individuals who have difficulty traveling to the Project Office (due to caring for children/individuals requiring support or having disabilities), it is possible for the project staff to travel to the candidate’s home and assist them in completing the recruitment documents.
Submission of recruitment documents (in person/through the website/by mail/e-mail/fax/telephone, with the possibility of traveling to individuals with disabilities upon request), recruitment form, and certificates/declarations/documents confirming the fulfillment of formal criteria (including: residence, age, disability (certificate or other document confirming health status), unemployed/inactive status, education, having a child, declaration of not receiving support simultaneously in another social and professional activation project funded by the ESF+, visa, residence card, documents authorizing residence and work/confirmation of protection).
The employment status and/or other data allowing the assessment of the candidate’s belonging to the target group will be confirmed by a relevant certificate from the appropriate public institution (e.g., PUP for registered unemployed individuals, ZUS for inactive and unemployed individuals not registered with PUP).
NOTE: All submitted recruitment documents must be completed clearly, either typed or handwritten, initialed on each page along with the required set of attachments.
Individuals who qualify for the Project based on meeting the eligibility criteria will receive bonus points during the preliminary selection stage according to the following:
Candidates will be accepted based on meeting formal criteria and the highest number of points on two ranking lists. After the scoring stage, the aforementioned individuals will be placed on the list of accepted participants – the primary list of Project Participants. Candidates will be informed of the recruitment results in writing or by email and phone.
Individuals who do not qualify for the project but meet the target group criteria will be placed on the reserve list. In the event of a withdrawal by a candidate from the primary list, the next person from the reserve list with the highest number of points will be admitted, regardless of the order of recruitment. For individuals with the same number of points, the order of application will be decisive.
Ranking lists will be available at the Project Office and on the website.
The eligibility assessment for individuals in the project will be conducted by the RECRUITMENT COMMITTEE: Project Manager, Project Assistant.
*The office is open from 8 AM to 4 PM (there is an option to arrange a meeting at different times).
